Movie photo website

Postby Ayres » June 20th, 2007, 12:57 pm

Does anyone know the website with the fabulous movie star photos? Other than Doctor Macro, I mean. I cannot remember the name or URL of it, though it may have the words "classic" and "cinema" in the title.

Help!

DVD Cover Avatar?

Postby mahlerii » April 20th, 2008, 11:54 am

I would like to use as my Avatar the picture from the front of my Criterion Collection DVD for "Ace In The Hole". Any suggestions on how I can get that to you? Otherwise, I'd like to try to get a Kirk Douglas or Jan Sterling one.

All done, Mahlerii.
I had to reduce it a little to fit within our 120 x 120 pixels guideline for avatars, but I think that it has a provocative visual impact still. I hope that you like it.

I would like my avatar to be one of a leggy Linda Darnell, or of Maureen O' Hara, or Joan Bennett from The Women in the Window. Thanks !

I'll see what I can put together for you, Birdy & Ken. Thanks Metsfan, those are good Alice Brady shots.

Moira - Thanks so much.
They are all lovely but I think I like #3 the best.
She certainly could wear a hat well, couldn't she?
