Metal On Your Face

Post by Uncle Stevie »

I am personally repulsed by Women and Men who adorn their faces and or bodies with metal such as rings or buttons. I walk away from cashiers in the supermarket who look like a piece of machinery.

I am also repulsed by Men Or Women who's arms, face, or bodies are covered by Tattoos. (a little rose tattoo is ok)

We were all put on earth to represent the beauty of the human form. I do not approve of manufactured alterations.

Am I alone here?

Begs the question, Stevie:

Should you care more about looking good to yourself, or looking good to other people?

Hi Steve,

No, you are not alone.... We are indeed kindred spirits on this subject....
I also, am repulsed (and that is a very good word!) by all of this piercing(s) and tattooing(s)..

Don't these people know that all of that becomes their center of focus for everybody, not them (their persona)... In a police lineup, could one identify the culpret or become befuddled by all the accessories?

I also detest graffiti on buildings & fences, etc...

Cheers to my clean & clear skinned buddy in New Jersey!!!

I am personally repulsed by Women and Men who feel compelled to inform persons they don't know and haven't seen that certain characteristics they, or their loved ones, may have are repulsive.

Thanks for sharing.

Very well said, my Chicago Friend.
It would seem there are more fences being built by this thread than bridges.
