Hi, Masha: At first I thought you were talking about George Gently whom I adore, but I will keep an eye out for the Dirk Gently you mention. In and around Chicago, we have a second PBS channel (WYCC), which many people don't even know about. I love it if for no other reason than Lark Rise to Candleford, I got lucky and caught this show from the very first episode so the characters (and they really are characters!), are my buddies. I've tried to get other folks into it, but don't think I've managed.
Anyway, thanks for the note about Dirk Gently.
