I've really enjoyed voting for the film noirs. Whilst this is an on going thread I wonder if any of you have any favorite books about the Film Noir?

The kind of thing I'm looking for has to have lots of pictures, because I love the style of noir and be the kind of book I can pick up and put down quite easily rather than reading in depth. I used to love reading in depth nowadays due to lack of brain cells pictures and to the point text is best for me :D

By the way the Final Four round is open for voting. I slipped it on last night since I spent the day away from the copmuter doing my civic juror duty today (and tomorrow at the least).

Go, vote now, to determine the championship match up!

Looks like I won't be here to vote on the final round. So I'll just state here that of the four remaining, I prefer The Maltese Falcon or Out of the Past to either of the other contenders.
