Just a reminder that this great little film will be showing again Friday 1/16. My favorite of the Lorre/Greenstreet films which has never been available on video. Enjoy the show!

"Three Strangers" is a very good noir. Interesting to see Lorre as so sympathetic.

One of my favorite Peter Lorre films! Thanks, Ark, I would have missed this completely without your reminder. I love that French poster too. It's a beaut.

Lorre doesn't look very Lorre-like in the poster -- more like Charles Boyer - or maybe it's George Montgomery. And look at the depiction of Fitzgerald - very long and lean and busty for such a petite woman. Like a Paula Abdul music video.

.

And who enjoys movie posters for realism??

Btw, Paula Abdul wishes she could look that lanky. As, alas, don't we all?

That poster certainly doesn't look like Geraldine Fitzgerald to me. :(
