Oh, Joe! Thank you for that great photo of John G. with what appears to be a New York street in the background---even if part of me knows that smoking probably helped to take him away far too soon.

In a fascinating case of time-travel, Minnelli and Garland were on the way to Hugh Jackman's sold-out Broadway show in this picture. Judy was especially excited because she and hubby had front row center seats and she was really looking forward to hearing Hugh's didgeridoo-accompanied version of "Over the Rainbow."

(Not kidding about "Over the Rainbow.")

P.S. Saw the show in San Francisco and loved it. Mom and Dad saw it this past weekend in NYC and loved it. :)
