Re: *CANDIDS*
My first memory of Ricardo Montalban was in Dynasty although I can't remember who he played, he seemed far more exotic than anyone else. Of course I then discovered that he was a talented actor apaearing in many movies including as a Japanese man in Sayonara, another case of Hollywood using a foreign actor and making him assume roles from many nations.

Re: *CANDIDS*
Sigh -- two gorgeous gals named Gloria. Dimpled Winters and ultra-sultry Grahame. And the beauteous if pensive-looking Hope Lange, as well. A memorable ladies day!
Re: *CANDIDS*
A very Happy Birthday to the wonderful Gloria Grahame, my most favorite film noir lady. I don't care about her
private life, just her screen life and she has become one of my 5 most favorite ladies of the screen.
Again, I am sorry you left us so early, but Happy Birthday, wherever you are.

Welcome, Dee! You are in good company in our very Ford-friendly crowd.
(And I see that you have quoted one of my favorite lines from Yeats as well!)

Thank you for the Charles Boyer picture, PT. So debonair, I wish men dressed like that these days.
