I couldn't help myself - Diana Barrymore (looking at her pic) has some striking resemblance to my beloved Rita Hayworth.
I can actually see similarities. I love that picture of her. I had to make a comment about it. Thanks for sharing ... :)

Had Orson Welles lost weight whilst making Lady From Shanghai? It looks like his jacket is too big and his face is leaner than normal.
Failure is unimportant. It takes courage to make a fool of yourself - Charlie Chaplin

Oh, how cute she is ... Bookworm Judy Garland in previous post by MongoII

Oh, how cute she is ... Judy Garland reading the Wizard of Oz book - that made her a household name for all generations alike.
Oh, how cute she is ... Judy Garland's dimples, smile, and awfully cute dress - her eyes lights up the screen!
Oh, how cute she is ... This picture worth a thousand words ... Oh, how cute she is.
Her role in Wizard of Oz ... made her famous.
Oh, how cute she is ... she really is.

Isn't she (Judy Garland) cute in this photo! I love it.

Note: I always watch the Wizard of Oz on TV every year ... I seen this movie at least 40 times in my life ... and its always have a place in my heart. I love those ruby slippers ...

I see a happy "Dorothy Gale" posed for the reading pic - and a miserable Judy Garland . .

Friday was Jean Harlow's 100th birthday; why wasn't this declared a national holiday?

MR, I saluted Harlow in a birthday tribute on Friday with a lovely image. And TCM is saluting her as their Star of the Month every Tuesday evening in March. Enjoy.

Yes, I noticed and appreciated the tribute, Joe. Thanks! That's what reminded me that it was time Obama made a proclamation regarding our platinum playgirl. I envisioned local parades with hundreds of lasses dressed in slinky satin bias-cut gowns and donning blonde wigs. At least you and TCM are doing their part. But what about the rest of America? Come on people!
