June Brewster

I am trying to find out about the life of June Brewster - and have come up against conflicting information from different reliable sources and wonder if there is anyone there who can solve the problem.

I believe she was born Kathleen Elizabeth - but was her surname Anderson - or Swan -I know she married Guy Mcafee - her second husband - but was her first husband Swan or Anderson - can't make out which way round it should be - one source gives her date of birth as 13th August 1909 in Illinois - and another source gives her date of birth as 1913 in New York City.

Which one is correct ?

Does anyone have any information regarding June Brewster's life ?
