Sure, I'd have no problem with that, laffite.laffite wrote: ↑March 8th, 2023, 4:32 pm Can I advance a movie that has Five.
Helen Mirren, Rupert Graves, Helena Bonham Carter, Judy Davis, and Barbara Jefford.
A sixth major player is Giovanni Guidelli.
I didn't strive for an something big like this, I was reminded of this movie by what came to mind today in another thread.
Another thought, ensemble pieces would certainly find a home in this thread, or no? Maybe not since the thread calls for only three.
Dargo, let us know if more that three are permissible here ... or no? Thanks.
I mean, you know me don't ya?! Never one to be a stickler about stuff.
(...well, except of course for that oh so needless letter 'u' some people still insist on spelling certain words with)

Sorry about that, Kay. I should have seen your post. Let me go with The Heiress (1949), with Monty Clift, Olivia de Havilland, and Ralph Richardson.KayFrancis wrote: ↑March 9th, 2023, 12:43 pm I see we're starting to repeat

I don't know about this "or more" thing, Dargo. Pretty unwieldy at times for a thread like this.
Maybe large cast films should have a thread of its own - leave the 3's be.

What's the difference if you post a large cast here or in another added thread? This is what ruined trivia on the TCM site. So many threads were added that the good ones were lost and hard to find.Intrepid37 wrote: ↑March 9th, 2023, 1:30 pm I don't know about this "or more" thing, Dargo. I just think that large cast movies are different from small cast movies. I don't see it as any kind of ruination to have threads for each.
But, if Dargo likes it the way it is, that's fine. I wasn't trying to make trouble - just expressing a point.

Paul Naschy (née Jacinto Molina Alvarez) was the "Spanish Lon Chaney" who appeared in over 100 movies, most of them in the horror genre. His most famous role is werewolf Waldemar Daninsky.
