The oldest commercial structure still standing is the 1901 Lasky-DeMille Barn. The 1880 Claussen residence at 6100 Winans Drive just outside of Hollywoodland is the oldest residence; it was moved and placed in its current locations around the time of the opening of Hollywoodland in 1923.
