Lzcutter asked:
Looking forward to meeting Mr. ChiO at Dewey's upcoming Noir Fest. Is Mrs ChiO coming as well?
Why, yes. As well as the younger daughter and, perhaps, a friend of hers. They're in for May 20-23; I'm in for an additional four days.

The initial planning discussion was:

Mrs. ChiO: Great! But does this mean we'll see a film noir every night?
ChiO: No...we'll see two film noirs every night.

FOR 2011

Another Happy and Blessed Anniversary to Mr. & Mrs. ChiO. 27 years now. Congratulations.

And if I may be so bold - a Happy Anniversary to The Bride. All these years and still on our honeymoon. Thanks CA.

Thanks, everyone!!!

Golly, Movieman1957, twenty-seven years and The Bride is playing Let's Get It On!?!? When did I fall off of this train?

Our romantic evening: Going to see the feel-good rock-musical-drama of the past couple of years, Next to Normal...with our 23 year old in tow (I know it's your anniversary, but, Daddy, I reeeaalllly neeed to see it. Won't having the daughter you love there with you just make it more special? Yep.)

Right after McGraw escorted the witness aboard, but before Granger borrowed Walker's lighter

You are one very lucky man, my friend - and I'm glad you know it.
