Hey SueSue, thanks for bringin' LAMBERT, HENDRICKS AND ROSS along for a spin; they've been faves of mine for ages! The tune you picked ("Every Day") is from a great 1957 LP called SING A SONG OF BASIE which, I believe, is still available on CD!!

I just got some great news. My partner called to tell me he scored 4 free tickets to the "True Colors" concert tonight! With Cyndi Lauper, Debbie Harry, Erasure, The Dresden Dolls, The Indigo Girls and host Margaret Cho! It is a party weekend. See ya'll monday...
