A rebirth of the Dick Dale surf sound from the early 1960s This is all about a guy named Oleg from St. Petersburg - center guitar/lap guitar. Obsessed with Americana. Unfortunately this configuration will never happen again, as the 2nd guitarist on the left is already deceased. Oleg's better known group is Messer Chups (minus lap guitar segments), which is all over YT and have visited the US on bar tours. Unfortunately most recordings of them on YT are in dive bars with inferior cell phone audio. This is on the roof of a pizza parlor/bar called "The MOD", so it is outdoors and the sound has a chance to escape a bit and not be as reflected, as in a dive bar, so overall it sounds better. Also, probably of interest, the white background cloth you see is an outdoor movie screen, where they have outdoor film viewings.
