Jon! You're my hero! You've made my week. I've had the recording of Jaan Pehechaan Ho for years, but have never seen the actual footage that it came from. What a thrill! That did not disappont. I would love to own the DVD of this film.

Thanks much!

I love Phil Spector's "Wall Of Sound!' Here's a fascinating recreation of the genius in creating that sound-from the movie "What's Love Got To Do With It" starring Angela Bassett...lip synching Tina Tuner's
"River Deep, Mountain High"

Watch out for "Cowboy Curtis" as Ike...

The Jimi Hendrix Experience

Post by benwhowell »

Thanks, Carol
I remember when I was a kid (early '70's) I played one of my brother's Jimi Hendrix albums. When I heard "Third Stone From The Sun" I realized there was so much more to music...other than my father's Herb Alpert And The Tijuana Brass albums and AM pop radio...
Actually, my favorite "Woodstock" performance is from Richie Havens
