For this year's Halloween celebration I have done the following: 1) take the day off from work, 2) watch The Bat (1959), 3) watch It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966), 4) eat pumpkin pie with dinner, and topping off now with 5) watch Rosemary's Baby (1968). There was going to be a Halloween party at my office this afternoon, but I was happy to miss it. :)

I've also watched this short video on the history/evolution of Halloween as we've come to know it:

I had a low-key Halloween Party with my girlfriend that night along with several close friends watching old classic Horror Movies ... like Frankenstein, Dracula (Bela Lugosi), and the original Mummy that night. It was a blast watching these movies and enjoying Kettle Korn as we munch our way through these movies.

Can't think of a better way to spend Halloween. Think I'll try it next year.

Best of all, you don't hate yourself in the morning!

No hangover, I promise, as long as you also eat the kettle.

I did not eat a lot of Kettle Korn guys but it was fun watching those movies ... I only ate a medium bowlful of that stuff and tried my best not to eat too much of it. :)

As our masthead currently has a book (being read by a bewitching starlet) called Halloween and Spook Stories, I thought it might be nice to have a little music to go along with it.

I give you Halloween Spooks beloved by Kevin and Bean radio listeners eveywhere:
