Phil,

:? Thanks for the information. I was starting to wonder if the BFI discs had actually been released or not? I could not find any information. The print quality of LUCKY STAR is much better in the Murnau-Borzage set than 7TH HEAVEN, or STREET ANGEL either for that matter. But the music score is truly dreadful. Christopher Caliendo is very hit and miss as a composer. I loved his score to A LADY OF CHANCE.THE IRON HORSE was solid. CITY GIRL is OK, not great. But on LUCKY STAR He really skunked it up. The movie is very good and deserves much better. If we don't get an improved score from the BFI eventually, I will do as I generally do, and dub my own score later on. I spent 3 weeks recently dubbing BEAU GESTE, and it sounds allot better than many commissioned Silent film DVD scores.
