What a really wonderful picture of Walter Connolly. The more I see him, the better he gets. He honed his skills on Broadway, but you'd think he was born to be in the movies. You never see the strings when he's acting. He deserves a word of praise. He's so good, most of the time you don't even notice his work. I still choke up whenever I see him in No More Orchids with Carole Lombard. He's just brilliant in it.

Annette Funicello 22 Oct 1942—8-April 2013

I remember her from her mouseketeer days. I don`t think my children missed an episode. Although she was still young enough to be a mouseketeer she did not look like a little girl and moved on to the beach movies.

Having contracted MS in the late eighties she established a foundation to raise funds for research into MS and other related diseases and devoted the last twenty years or so of her life to this cause.

Another lovely lady has left us.
