The steer roping is in memory of Ben Sr. -- the father of our Ben. :) He was a remarkable character in his own right. :)

A publicity still for the 1973 TV-movie Bloodsport, in the "Miscellaneous Photos and Lobby Cards" album in the Photo Gallery section. A snipe pasted on the back reads "Ben Johnson plays a man obsessed with his dream of a professional football career for his son in 'Bloodsport,' a contemporary drama on the ABC Television Network's "Wednesday Movie of the Week," DEC. 5 (8:30-10:00 p.m. EST).

Hmmm, is it just me or does the "new look" have less space for posting? Everything looks smaller.

Speaking of smaller --

Here are two stills from War Drums. I found them online a while back (can't remember where) and this is the size they came in. :( So they're a little smaller than usual. I wish they'd show up on an auction site so I could add actual physical copies to my collection.

Two Italian "photobustas" (posters) for War Drums. Yes, I actually have these posters! Italian and Japanese poster art is always great for these old films.

This is a cute little collector's card from a series called Riders of the Silver Screen, from Eagle Design. It's 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" and the picture is from Wagon Master.
