I always liked Newton ,ever since seeing him in Jamaica Inn. Loved him as Blackbeard the Pirate and in Odd Man Out. Shame about his drinking problem, he often found himself unemployable due to his unreliability. In his earlier roles he reminded me of Leo Genn (another great British actor) Bill (vallo)

I'll add to the list a French/American film Directed by Roger Avary (A Tarantino Protégé ) Called "Killing Zoe" from 1994. Great caper film with Eric Stolz and Jean-Hugues Anglade who is absolutely captivating as the Gun Crazed Eric in the film. Not to be missed.

I ordered the film yesterday,can't wait. It was also filmed in parts on Long Island, New York during Hurricane Donna. I remember that storm, I was 6 at the time and living on the Island. Baron also directed alot of TV shows during the 60's thru the early 80's. I hope I receive it soon.

Most of the good films on Fox Movie Channel come on in the early AM hours. The 28th. of February is a pretty good day on FMC. it starts with the rarely seen "THE EGYPTIAN " @6am (est) followed by Bette Davis in The Virgin Queen then the Tracy film. Sounds like a job for my DVR... Thanks for the head...
