Re: The end of an era

Yes, Maltin’s taste was often more family friendly. I was never a big fan of him but recall him hosting cartoons and Disney fluff on TCM. I can’t imagine that guy sitting through the Canterbury Tales but it is not difficult to see why it would clash with his taste. In general, that film is often pan...

Count Yorga, Vampire (1970)
Now that’s a lackluster choice for Halloween. They should have aired it last week and aired Bride of Frankenstein this week imo.

Re: TCM announces it is sunsetting the TCM Forums

IFC was where I first saw one of my favorite films, Nights of Cabiria. Sad what happened to that channel.

Beautiful wristwatches of film

This is an attempt at restarting a thread I had made on the "old forum." Basically, this thread is for posting interesting wristwatches or pocket watches you see in the movies or on actors in publicity photos. I suppose if people would like they may also post jewelry from films too. You do...

His first film Grass is an informative look at the native tribes of Iran. It has been on TCM silent sundays before.

Re: Classic Movie Soundtracks

Mediocre movie but I love this theme. Only worth watching for Alain Delon.

Hello. I attempted to register specifically under the character name “RobertConway” but it told me that was not allowed. It doesn’t matter much either way because I like the name I chose.
