I'd say 1963's The Haunting . Directed by Robert Wise. I first saw this film on TV and it scared the heck out of me. No Blood , No Guts just Atmosphere. Doors Breathing, Crying,Camera Angles and Sound. What really spooks you is the thought of what's behind every corner. It stars Julie Harris as Elea...

"A Producer" is the person who oversees the entire production. Depending on how big the project is, they act as the supervisor of the various department heads and also as a hands-on person in charge of creating and maintaining the budget. Ideally, they work in tandem with the director an...

I agree MongoII. Between this film and 1940's "The Wolf-Man" He really lived up to the Chaney legacy.
No matter how many times they remake "Of Mice and Men". The original is still the best.

Another Great Noir by Robert Siodmak. (This guy knew Film Noir) I haven't seen this film in some time. I think it was Debra Paget's first film. You gotta love Hope Emerson. Always liked Richard Conte, I just purchased "The Blue Gardenia" with Conte and Anne Baxter.

I got to go with Bogart. But I say Powell had some of the best lines in Murder my Sweet. Marlowe :I caught the blackjack right behind my ear. A black pool opened up at my feet. I dived in. It had no bottom. I felt pretty good - like an amputated leg. or She was a charming middle-aged lady with a fac...

I agree , I enjoy Roy Rogers. it might be because he was on TV when I was a kid. Gene Autry however was a little before my time. I do like him now, seeing some of his films on the Encore Western Channel.

You can't go wrong watching Dale Evans either :)
