Re: The September 2014 Schedule for TCM
Three on a Match, and Call Her Savage are two of the pre-codiest (is that a word?? It fits) movies of the pre code era, and if you were not a fan of Ann Dvorak or Clara Bow...you will be!

Dear friends, I wish there was a "like" button...or even a Love it button!!! Thanks to every one of you, for all these great birthday wishes. Whenever it starts getting nutsy out in the world, I know I can come here to the OASIS, where there are friendly faces and 'everyone knows your name'.

Never liked him much, until I saw Hobson's Choice.. What a revelation! That, and Witness for the Prosecution are now two of my favorite movies.
Re: LONGMIRE
I'll see your CRAP, and raise you....S##%T!!!!!!!   What an incredibly shortsighted idea. What is the most unbelievable, is that more than one knucklehead had to agree to this. As popular as it has been, here's hoping another network picks it up quickly, before the cast moves on.

This might have been posted before, but I have senior moments...and a good laugh is always welcome!!! Subject: Wisdom to make you Smile... Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not using it in a fruit salad. Sometimes, when I look at my children, I say to myself,'Lillian, you should ha...
Re: LONGMIRE
I think he was standing, facing his father, with his shotgun cradled in his arms. It was such a shocker when Barlow said he could make another son, in effect abandoning Branch, that who knows what happened next!!! This has to be, as far as cliffies go, one of the best I've ever seen. I agree, Mark, ...
Re: LONGMIRE
Chris, his last comment was, "I'm too old to make another fortune, but I can make another son." He kind of lunged up, and some one on FB pointed out that Barlow was shooting gold shells, while Branch was shooting red. The last thing you see is a red shell hitting the ground. I think Barlow...

I just heard from Judith, she is NOT ignoring us, her account was "de-activated", so she can't log in. She is waiting to hear from an admin so she can rejoin the silliness. She specifically asked me to post this to let everyone know she is waiting.

Re: Your favorite character actors
Fell in love with Harry Davenport at the tender age of thirteen, when I saw Meet Me In St Louis for the very first time on the Million Dollar Movie. Both of my grandpas were gone long before I was born, and I wanted a grandfather who would give up a quiet Christmas Eve to take a heartbroken girl to ...

There was an owl in some of the first episodes, I just can't remember what the significance was. Hmmmmm
