I believe it was taken on board at the late night Jazz Age Speakeasy in the Rendez-vous Lounge on Tuesday evening.

Debbie Reynold's son, Todd Fisher, has organized a website, Debbie Reynold's Studio Store, to sell items that were not part of her recent auction, so check out the link if you are interested in Hollywood Memorabilia:

Thank you for that link, Sue Sue. It's interesting to see what she still has in her collection, though I imagine most of it will sell off now. Prices rather high, even for photo stills although they are all oversized.

I've gone to the website and looked at different items. They do seem sort of pricey.

But I also have the impression that they probably have more items that have not yet been posted.

Thank you for the link to that article, Sue Sue. :D I wish they had posted video for more of the interview -- that one clip is so short! From the brief video it is easy to tell that she is still quite sharp at age 81. They did post plenty of photos, though, including some from DR's personal collection. Here she is at the beauty contest that launched her career:

For anyone else who is in the NYC area, DR is scheduled to appear at the 92nd Street Y this Wednesday evening. I'm not attending myself, but it looks like tickets are still available. An Evening with Debbie Reynolds.

Thanks, PT, for the cute photo, and the information about Debbie's New York appearance. Her updated autobiography is on sale now.

Oh man, I used to love to go to the 92nd st. Y, it was the best experience. You get an intimate show, and then they always let you go back and meet the stars afterwards. I recommend it.

I saw Debbie on the Late, Late Show last night with Craig Ferguson and she was a real corker ! ! ! Her wit is 100% intact and her smile is still full of sparkle. What a doll ! !

An update on Debbie Reynolds' Studio Store (http://www.debbiereynoldsstudiostore.com/): they have added quite a bit of merchandise recently. There are items for sale that I didn't realize she had, such as AM's original Dona Ana gown, designed by Walter Plunkett, from Don Juan in Hell. If I had four thousand dollars to spare (which I don't) I would have placed my order already! :D

PT, what a lovely gown! I am sorry I didn't see this post until now. But I have gone to the website and seen most of the items currently up for bids.

Just wanted to remind all the Debbie Reynolds fans that she will be playing Liberace's mother,Frances, in Behind the Candelabra, on Sunday night on HBO at 9:00 EST (8:00 CST). The film is based on Scott Thorson's book, and he wrote it after he had reconciled with Liberace right before the pianist died.

Debbie discusses Frances a bit in this WSBTV article:

Another perky article about Debbie appeared in The Senior Voice in 2011:http://www.mckinneyit.com/sv/SeniorVoic ... FINALB.pdf

Sue Sue, thank you for the issue of "Senior Voice" -- I will read that article. But your first link is to a photo of a woman, not to a 2012 article. Hmmm. :P
