Question about site function
Question about site function
When I log in, I always click the "Remember Me" box, which I thought meant I wouldn't need to sign in on every visit. I believe back when I used the site more, it stayed logged in. However, for the past month or two since I've been posting again, it asks me to log in every time I return. Does the "Remember Me" check no longer function? It's not a big deal, I'm just curious.
Watching until the end.

It works for me. I use the Chrome browser for both Windows and Android.LawrenceA wrote: ↑May 8th, 2024, 12:36 pm When I log in, I always click the "Remember Me" box, which I thought meant I wouldn't need to sign in on every visit. If you clear your history/data it probably will erase your log in settings.
There is a way around it that doesn't seem to work for me.

Yeah, I use Chrome/Windows myself, and don't clear my history/cookies/etc. It used to keep me logged in all the time, but for some reason, since I've started visiting the site again, it logs me out about 75% of the time.jimimac71 wrote: ↑May 8th, 2024, 1:07 pmIt works for me. Re: Question about site function
Have always had to login if I hadn't visited the site in a few hours. Never tried to remember me function.
I think there is a no activity time limit function built into the site.

Re: Question about site function
I use the remember me feature and it normally works.
I am logged in over multiple devices.
My post is because it happened twice in a single day.
I expect to need to log in again when I clear my browser history but that is not the case this time.

Re: Question about site function
i left computer about 2 + hours ago and had to log in again on this site. Could be my computer, security program or SSO?

Re: Question about site function
Rarely happens to me, for whatever reason. Even rebooting the computer has no effect, as I'm already logged in whenever I return.

I had to loggin. Very difficult, said I had an invalid password! Finally it worked after multiple tries all day.
Re: Question about site function
I log out after each session. To login, I just click on login, then my name populates, then I click on login again. That's the way I like it.
