The Diamonds & Gold Blogathon April 12-13

Post by moira finnie »

The Diamonds & Gold Blogathon, co-sponsored by the blogs, Caftan Woman and Wide Screen World, is set to unearth those gems of roles discovered by actors and actresses over the age of 50 on April 12-13. More can be seen about this unique idea for a blogathon, including the choices of individual participants here. As I understand it, Caftan Woman will cover the distaff crowd of actors and Wide Screen World will tabulate the fellas' contributions to the cinematic arts.

I had to chuckle when I read that actors in their fifties were considered being in their TWILIGHT years. Good grief, that means I am ancient.   :) sigh...
