I recommend Moontide, which is not the greatest movie, but is a chance to see the wonderful Jean Gabin in English. He is worth the price of the disc.

I'm glad to see Road House on the list. I'm hoping that we finally see Cry of the City someday.

It looks like BOOMERANG was aptly titled...DVD Empire apparently announced that Fox will NOT be releasing it---their second withdrawal of this movie from release.

I learned it here:

Dear April,

"Boomerang" has been prominently featured by Cinecanal Classics in its previous schedules (with Spanish subtitles). I'd have to check if I have it recorded on my DVD R's hard disk or if it'll be aired soon again. If you are interested drop me a line.

Thank you, Feo, I have seen it before and while I liked it, I'm not crazy to own it just yet believe it or not. The one of the three I'm most interested in is Road House. I really like that movie. If you haven't seen it, I think you will like it, too.

Welcome April.

I haven't seen "Road House" or "Moontide". Thanks for the recommendation.
