Wanted: the widescreen BARBAROSA (1982)

Has anyone seen a proper DVD release outside the USA?
Fred Shepisi's towering giant among westerns has only been released in a cut, pan & scan edition by LionsGate in the USA, although it has been broadcast widescreen, anamorphic, and uncut on cable and satellite.
I want the widescreen film NOW and I will take it any way I can get it.
