She is gorgeous indeed. I think that Endora might rank as THE most interesting, attractive, smart, witty, funny, elegant, etc. character of all time, that has appeared in a SITCOM ("Bewitched") -and that's 30% due to the creator/screenwriter of that TV Series and 70% because of Agnes' talent and charisma.

Hi Fernando,

Seeing that photo and those perfectly manicured nails reminds me that she told me that Jack Warner told her that she probably didn't win the Oscar for 'Velma' in 1964 because she refused to cut her nails for the role of a 'slovenly maid'....

You can see in some scenes that the nails were 'groomed' for a "lady"....
I've always wondered whether Jack Warner was right!!

Hi Larry,

Thanks for sharing that tidbit with us. Agnes always was immaculately groomed from head to toe. She had tons of class.

Nail extensions. I never would've known. I always thought with such a thick mane of hair, she must have been blessed with equally lovely nails. That is such a beautiful photo of Agnes, PT.

Thanks for posting, Larry! I always love your personal stories of the stars so much. :D
