Robert Mitchum in The Dancing Masters , 1943,with Laurel and Hardy. Looks just like a young Jeff Bailey!

He sure does! Trenchcoat and all. Stan looks perfectly ridiculous! If I were a comedian, I'd love to do shtick like that.
