From Life Magazine comes this compilation of photos taken on the set of the holiday classic, It's a Wonderful Life. Filmed at the RKO Ranch in Encino in the summer of 1946, some filming was done on the hottest day of the year. Which helps explain why Stewart is sweating in the middle of winter in snowy Bedford Falls.
