No, I didn't really have one particular film in mind here, LH. (and besides, laffite and/or Swithin would of course have called that sort of thing as being "too specific" anyway, and rightly so ) This was just a case of my remembering this sort of thing being done, and yes mostly in westerns, in a few films over the years, that's all.
