I was married to one lady until I died. My photo was recently published here, (I was still gorgeous when I was older.) After I retired, I wrote a book and did a lot of volunteer work for other elderly show business people who weren't as fortunate as I.

One more day, then I'm going to hand this to a new guest...

Claude Rains, Walter Pidgeon, Alan Hale, Roddy McDowell and Forrest Tucker were some of my fellow cast-mates.

YES!!!!! DING DING DING DING DING (Winner's bell) It's Patric Knowles!!!!

As well as playing Will Scarlett in The Adventures of Robin Hood, he was in The Wolf Man, How Green Was My Valley, and, as Lindsay Woolsey, Auntie Mame. He held a pilot's license, and took Errol Flynn flying, trying to help with Flynn's vertigo. He married Edith Percival in 1935 and was married to her until his death in 1995. After retiring, he wrote a book and volunteered at one of the 'rest' homes for show business folks.

Take it, Charlie! (whew)

I had a prolific career in films appearing in more than 200 during my movie career with a high of 30 in one year alone. I was highly recognizable, usually wearing the uniform of a soldier or policeman. I went to college with and became best friends with one of the biggest stars of Hollywood. We appeared together in many of his films. I died at a relatively young age, but not before I was able to attain fame in television. This should be easy. Who am I?

Sorry, kingme, but it isn't J. Carroll Naish.

I was an epileptic, although it wasn't known to the public until several years after my death. I was also hit by car on the way to my best friends wedding, but still stood as his best man - on crutches. I appeared in 26 films for a well known director and even played a character in one of his films that was actually that director as he was friends with the subject of the film (played by my best friend). I was inducted into the Hall of Great Western Performers of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in 2001.

Now, does that help?
