I think Beowulf though I doubt what you are looking. In the original The hero Beowulf slays a monster that has plagued the land by slicing off an arm, effectively killing the beast and "saving the day." But I'm not sure that any of the several movies of this actually shows the hero hold up the arm. Some movies use the title Beowulf and then make up their own story.

Of course, the real hero of CLASH OF THE TITANS was Bubo, who retrieved the head of Medusa from the sea and returned it to Perseus (who got all the credit!) . . .

Thanks Swithin. Yes, that scene of Gaby Rogers covered in flames and that screaming noise was frightening .

Before he goes to the police station, he had recognized the checkered coat and scarf a man was wearing when he was having a drink at a bar and that man was sitting next to him at the bar.

In another scene, a psychopath, punches him in his stomach on purpose knowing that the man has excruciating pain there.
