A big flop when new, my favorite Christmas albums are like this one, overlooked, and not well known considering it is THE KINGSTON TRIO. Apparently the release was pulled shortly after release. It is a fantastic record, and probably the best of all their albums.

I heard this in the car on the radio recently. It's being passed off as the last song of the Beatles and was just released this month. It seems John Lennon did a demo recoding of it in the 70s, and all these years later, they put it together with some help from digital editing and splicing. It is a melancholy song, but very haunting.....
