What are you listening to?

I can go nuts with CB/Truckin' songs without inducing
I'm intentionally avoiding "Convoy" by C.W. McCall.
The late C.W. looks a wee bit like the late John Denver.

During TCM's salute to Geraldine Chaplin the other day, one of the films, CRIA CUERVOS, contained a song which was played a few times during the film and during the closing credits. It was a simple earworm of a song, and I had never heard it before.

Porque te Vas (Because You're Leaving) was not very successful until Cría Cuervos was released. Carlos Saura thought the song was perfect for the movie and decided to include it because it talks about loss, mourning, and the strength to overcome adversities and move on.
After the movie was released, the song became a huge hit and it's considered a classic in Spain.
When in doubt, have another one.

This might be the number one concert of 1972.
