That sounds like an interesting radio drama, Joe. I looked into it and found it was an episode of The Ford Theater aired on 8 October 1948. Mercedes McCambridge is also featured in the cast. Great friends and one of the coolest pictures of them - Joe, and Rita admired her very much and Marlene adore her too. They have mutual respect and love and that's made them pals for life.
