I'm still alive (and relatively well ), thanks for wondering, and my apologies to anyone who may have spoken to me on the boards but not received a response; I haven't looked over the boards in a very looong while.

Here is a resemblance that I "deduced," and then looked up. I've read that Bram Stoker based his description of Dracula upon Sir Henry Irving. And it has often been remarked among horror fans that Christopher Lee bears the closest resemblance to the Dracula of the original novel. Therefore, it stood to reason that Christopher Lee must look rather like Henry Irving...

Arnold Moss played Joseph Fouché, and not only did he give a great performance, but he looked something like him:



Gemma Jones played Elizabeth I for the BBC... no prints seem to survive, so I have no pictures from it, but the young Gemma and young Liz look like sisters:

Katherine Hepburn looked nothing like Mary Queen of Scots, but she would have been perfect for Amelia Earhart:

Hello Maricatrin! The resemblances are amazing. John Abbott looks jus like Richelieu in that photograph. And Kate Hepburn looks the same than Amelia Earhart (with make-up).

I always thought Hepburn should have done an Earhart biopic. She was spot on, in looks.
