Child Actors Who Won Oscars as Adults

With the recent Oscar winner, Ke Huy Chan, is the most recent child actor, to win an Oscar as an adult. There is a small list of child actors who achieved this high honor in the acting category. This list is only if they were in films as a child actor, then achieved an Academy Award as an adult, not as a child like Patty Duke, Tatum O'Neal and Anna Paquin.

And then, and sure even though one could say an Oscar was "awarded" to him and that he didn't "win" it competitively, you have Mickey Rooney holding his Oscar at age 62 after receiving it during the 1982 ceremony.
