The Killers - 1946

Is a Great Noir, near the top of my list of favorites. The 1964 remake with Ronnie Reagan I cannot stand. The "46 version was also Burt Lancaster's film debut. It was directed Noir Expert Robert Siodmak ( The Suspect, The Spiral Staircase, Criss Cross ) and Produced by the legendary Mark Hellinger. I would love to have your opinion .

The 1946 version of The Killers will be on TCM Wednesday April 18 at 8PM EDT, followed by Brute Force. :wink:
