Re: *CANDIDS*
Helen Hunt! You know we see these names so often that we all have them memorized; yet they're more elusive than Garbo. Sure we've seen Edith Head, James Wong Howe, Bernard Herrmann and Adrian, but most of the behind-the-scenes names remain there. I was excited when I found Sidney Guilaroff making a cameo in Scorsese's New York New York. So thanks for my first view of Helen Hunt. Aren't there names that y'all are curious about? I'd love to see Travis Banton, Van Nest Polglase, Jack Okey, Jack Dawn, Perc Westmore, Connie Salinger, Edwin Willis, Blanche Sewell and so many more.
Thanks Joe!
Thanks Joe!

I seen over 2500 photographs of Rita Hayworth in my life ... and I have never seen this photograph ever. I downloaded this picture and sent to my agent to track this down so I can add it to my collection. Thanks for sharing it. He had a good chance of finding it.mongoII wrote: Makeup artist Helen Hunt and still photographer Robert Coburn prepare Rita Hayworth for a shoot promoting "Affair in Trinidad"

Re: *CANDIDS*
Hey, Joe, the name I always loved seeing in animated credits was Orestes Calpini, who evidently did a ton of work for Max & Dave Fleischer, the founders of Famous Studios {later with the Fleischer name appended thereto}, pioneer animators themselves, and the oft-unsung inventors of the rotoscope.
Any pics hangin' round of Calpini, or either of the Fleischer bro's?
