Can you tell me what the difference is between "Outbox" and "Sent Mail?" and is there a way to tell if a message you've sent has been received by the other party (in this case a message to pktrekgirl re: avatar.s)

Jon answered this in another thread so you might look around. From what I remember the Outbox is where the mail is waiting to be picked up ny the person receiving it. While there you can make changes to it. Once the receiver picks it up it is not available for modification. This makes it "sent mail".
