Ann Harding, I thank you for the answers to the list of stars that are pictured. I didn't know a few of them myself.
Klondike, it was a special one time presentation presented on all 3 major networks which drew big ratings.

I try to still enjoy Lex Barker in matinee-style flicks, like when he portrays Tarzan, or Natty "Hawkeye" Bumppo, but remembering his purported involvement in the abuse of Lana Turner's pubescent daughter does make me cringe. As I recall, it even led to him being referenced in the Stompanato murder trial.

I don't know how long it's been that Star Trek: The Next Generation has been off the air, but James Darren had an off and on running role as a manager/entertainer of the hologram's night club, and even if it's been ten years, he looked pretty great then but I doubt if he's much worse off now.

Hey, Pally, James Darren was holodeck nighclub singer/owner Vic Fontaine on
DS9. His persona was a melding of Dino and Frank. Darren had the inside track on a role like that, since he was a friend of the Sinatra family, and is godfather to Nancy Sinatra's eldest daughter. Darren's son was a newsreader on CNN for many years -- I don't watch CNN much, but I think the son uses the name Jim Moret. He's may be on one of the entertainment "news" shows now.
I don't know where to place my girlish infatuation today -- Jimmy Darren or Ricky Nelson. Sighs for both.
Now, tell me, does anyone know whose idea it was to send Joan Weldon into the desert in a tight tweed suit buttoned up to the neck with that cute little bow brooch?
There it goes -- I knew it would happen -- there's a song playing in my head. Let's see -- yes -- it's Darren: "Goodbye cruel world, I'm off to join the circus. Gonna be a broken-hearted clown" and so on. It will probably run all night, unless I can overlay "I'm a Travelin' Man" or maybe "Garden Party."

Oh yeah, I remember that smoochie pic of Audrey & her mom; we figured out a couple years ago (here, or over @ TCM boards) that there really was a coat-n-hat rack in the corner behind Mom, so she wasn't really wearing some bizarro Statue of Liberty cap!

Hey, Friends & Neighbors, don't mean to track so far back up the page, but does anybody else see a resemblence between Evelyn Karloff, and England's current Princess Anne?
