Great photo, Joe! Although only the eyes show, it's so obvious that is the face of Sophia Loren.

Here's a couple of color photos that are related to this photo shoot ... I wished that I could find a color version of this ... sigh!
And, it's an iconic shot of her and her famous dog!

I got as far down the page as that Howard Keel photo, and stopped — just staring for a while. I left. Came back. Stared some more. It's so astonishingly real. Just as
last year's was. My goodness...

hello, Moira
I could talk to Sylivia Sidney for 15 mn during the arrivals of guests in the Hilton-Hyde Park, she was sitting in the hall, and I went to her, she was very kind, and as I talked with her, Luise Rainer came along, and said" Hi, Sylvia !" to which Sylvia answered "Hi, Luise! " I"ll never forget this moment, december 1994 !!!!
here I add a picture of Jan Sterling's sister, Mimi, ( Mimi Ann Welfeld) whom I could write and call several times before she died august 2012.
She was at one time a very busy top model...!!
You can notice whow beautiful she was....Sisters
best, Georges
