This is a young guy I just discovered on the Jazz Guitar forum. Sometimes his videos are more about his technique than playing with feeling but, hey he is young. On this Latin tune he has great technique and feeling.

I can't believe this was recorded so long ago. 62 years. I won't say it's just like yesterday but rather the day before yesterday. This rendition rings immediately familiar to my ears. I was in 11th grade and yet it seems like ... never mind. Sing it again, Ray!

Then it was recorded the year I was born.
Just curious, do have an idea when you first heard it. It's sort of a legendary classic.
