She is sooo loopy crazy.

...I love that about her.

“Kiss me Mike. I want you to kiss me. Kiss me. The liar’s kiss that says ‘ I love you. ’ ”

( ...And then armageddon. “KISS ME DEADLY” is a trippy movie. It totally does NOT feel like 1955. Is it the subject of atomic energy? Is it the swagger of Ralph Meeker in his investigating - or his Robert Stack-like boozy voice? Or is it the free & easy relationship he has with his secretary Velma? Or the cool cat-ness of booze, drugs, racial relationships? Why is Meeker reminding me of James Bond? )

This isn't from a movie, but it struck me so funny I had to mention it anyway:

Morgan Woodward: "I've got my pride!"

Earl Holliman: "I bet you even got the box it came in."

----from Gunsmoke, episode: "Hackett"
"There's only one thing that can kill the movies, and that's education."

QUEEN BEE is deliciously wicked! It belongs on a double bill with FLAMINGO ROAD. Joan is nicer in one than the other. But they're a pair of sinful little melodramas!
