Hi Joe,

Great picture of Joanne Woodward; very beautiful...

And YES, a well deserved Oscar for Barbara Stanwyck, who could play anything!!! Actually, she should have won 8 Academy Awards over the years in my evaluation!!!!!

I wonder what Betty, Sophie and Tallulah are laughing surprisedly at. It must be good to get that reaction out of Sophie (I don't think one could shock her much!!)......

Nice to see Joan Bennett's two youngest girls. I've often wondered what became of Melinda, her daughter with Eugene Markey.
Markey and my grandmother owned race horses together and I sometimes saw Melinda, especially at the race track.

Hello Joe,

Thank you for that information about Melinda Markey - and the picture of her with her mother and sisters.
Very much appreciated, as always.

Thank you very much, PT, I appreciate it. You may have noticed that I slowed down a bit due to the fact that I have contacted Parkinson's disease, ugh. Although I intend to carry on the best I can since I enjoy
what I do. Thanks again.
