Drew put us to sleep in his class twenty five years ago and his commentaries can do that today.

I prefer Rick Jewell over Drew any day of the week.

I'm so sorry I am such a sad case. Does it raise me in your estimation if I tell you I watched TABU a couple of weeks ago, by another "F-ing" director?

Odd. I think of TABU as by the best "M" director (apologies to Anthony Mann and Jean-Pierre Melville) because the "F" director left mid-production.

But it's a start. Seen THE LAST LAUGH yet?

Nope. I only saw Tabu because I like stories set in the South Pacific.
