I would think Stuart Damon is best known in the U.S for General Hospital, but he carved out a successful tv career in the UK in the 60s and 70s. Here's his most famous role on our shores The Champions, followed on the next page with a clip from The Saint, as an experiment for The Persuaders which would star Roger Moore and Tony Curtis

Robert Vaughn, Fosyth Saga star Nyree Dawn Porter and Tony Anholt are The Protectors. The theme song The Avenue And Allyways was a big hit for Tony Christie. The show was made by Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson

I heard or read somewhere that 'The Prisoner' was going to be revived in a new series. Any news?

After some intensive digging around at YouTube I finally found the show I was looking for. It was a Hammer television production called 'Journey To The Unknown', ran for about a dozen episodes. When I was a kid I thought it was pretty scary stuff.
