Klonn - I think I would fall like a ton of bricks for your dad. I love all three stars. I think of the three, I like Paul Douglas the best. He's such a warm personality.

Klonnie's post about his dad got me thinking..Take the face of Fred Astaire, put it on the body of Don Knotts, and add the personality of Bob Hope ...that's my Pop! as the promo runs on TCM, ""What a character!"

He sounds great, knitty! I'd love to meet these dads - I'd love to see them for real, because in my mind's eye I have such great pictures of them!

Take the face of Andy Griffith, put it on the body of Andy Griffith, add to it the personality of character Andy Taylor, and that's my dad. He's the greatest.
